Reservation Policy

CHECK IN - 12 NOON

  • Early check-in is subject to availability.

  • For guaranteed early check in reservation needs to be made starting from previous night.

CHECK OUT - 11 AM

  • Late check-out will be subject to availability.

  • Check out after 1 pm will be chargeable.

Privacy Policy

  • As per government norms, guests will be required to present proof of identity at the time of check-in.

  • We will collect only as much personal information as will be required for specific identification purposes, and the same will not be used for any other purpose without obtaining your consent.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before 15 days of the date of arrival: 100% Refund

  • Cancellation before 10 days of the date of arrival: 50% Refund

  • Cancellation before 5 days of the date of arrival: 25% Refund

  • Cancellation before 2 days of the date of arrival: No Refund

Child / Extra Bed Policy

  • Children below 5 years will be free of any additional charges.

  • Children above 10 years will be treated as adults.

  • Extra mattress will be chargeable regardless of age.

  • Hotel does not provide cot/bed in case of chargeable extra person. Only mattress will be provided.
